MKE – Week 5 (Year 2) – “Pack Your BAGS!”
A lot has transpired this week. 🙂 After the web call, I really started thinking. There were some things that hit me. Something stuck out in my head, ‘Attachment and Detachment.’ What do these words mean to me, other people? Love and Loss? Admiration and Envy?
Attachment – 1. an extra part of extension that is or can be attached to something to perform a particular function. 2. affection, fondness, or sympathy for someone or something.
Detachment – 1. the state of being objective or aloof. 2. the action or process of detaching; separation.
In Haanel 5:9 – We are today the result of our past thinking, and we shall be what we are thinking today! The Law of Attraction is bringing to us not the things we should like or the things we wish for, or the things someone else has, but it brings us ‘our own,’ the things which we have created by our thought processes, whether consciously or unconsciously. Unfortunately, many of us are creating the things unconsciously.
Oh my gosh! I have been hanging on to something for a l-o-n-g time. Pieces of my past, that I just kept reliving in my mind, over and over, and over, and over…….. As I was listening to the Q&A at the end of the webcall. I recall and lady talking about depression, making excuses, and just the battle of it. Then I replayed in my head the response that Davene said back to the lady, ‘You have spoken it, and you need to let it go. You should never bring it up again. It is gone.’ Wow! I was driving in my car to work, and I just raised my hand up, and released the thing that was weighing hard on me from the past. I told the universe it was over, and I would not bring it up again. It was a very empowering moment!! I felt a sense of accomplishment! What happened at that moment for me was a result of my/our network system, doing the homework, and being engaged. 🙂 I feel alive inside, and I walk more upright and confident!! Another empowering moment was when I was driving to work, and said, as LOUD a I could, ‘I can be, what I WILL to BE!!’ I continued this for 19 more times. It really makes a difference when you s-h-o-u-t it OUT, and say it with EN-THUS-IASSSSSMMMM!!
So, in closing, I would just like to say, ‘I appreciate my network!’ Embrace the MKE family! The are here to support, guide, assist, and listen. Take the time to engage. Trust me, trust the process, it makes a difference! Stop making excuses.
Guess what? More cement just crumbled away, and I say, ‘Pack Your BAGS!’ 🙂
