MKE Week 7 – ‘Set It FREE!’ ~ (Year 2)
This week has been a little bit of a challenge for me. I felt like I had Doctor Jekyll and Mr. Hyde pulling at me. Push, Pull! Push, Pull! I let the inside thoughts of my mind control me this week. I let it win. I hurt myself, and others around me probably felt it. I am disappointed in my actions, but understand that I am human and need to forgive myself! I have acknowledged it. I am aware of it. Now I need to change it. I have missed some sits this week. On our tribe call this week, my guide brought up the sit. It was stressed how very important this is! I hear Davene talking in my mind. She talked about Baroque music on the digital solutions call. I am listening to it as I write this blog. I put it on while I did my sit this morning. I am in awe of it! It is very relaxing, comforting, and inspirational. I never gave it a thought before – classical music?? Boy, was I wrong!!
- Law of Forgiveness – To access the Divine and connect the subconscious to the Omnipotent, Omniscient and the Onmnipresent Creator we must forgive everyone and anyone to clear the channel. There can be no connection to the Divine mind where anger or resentment against a brother or sister, justified or not, exists.
In Haanel this week it talks about Idealization, Visualization, and Materialization.
Haanel 3. Make the image clear and clean-cut, hold it firmly in the mind and you will gradually and constantly bring the thing nearer to you. You can be what “YOU WILL TO BE!” 🙂
Haanel 5 & 7.
- Idealization – this is the most important step because it is the plan on which you are going to build. It must be solid; it must be permanent.
- Visualization – you must see the picture more and more complete, see the detail, and as the details begin to unfold.
- Materialization – thought will lead to action, action will develop methods, methods will develop friends, and friends will bring about circumstances, and, finally, the third step, will be accomplished.
I am taking the steps to Idealize, Visualize, and Materialize peace in my mind. To forgive myself, and to make a change. We do this more in our lives than we think. Stop and think about this…………..
Haanel 11. If you can conscientiously follow these directions, you will develop Faith, the kind of Faith that is the “Substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” You will develop confidence, the kind of confidence that leads to endurance and courage. You will develop the power of concentration which will enable you to exclude all thoughts except the ones which are associated with your purpose.
Make your foundation strong! Build it from the bottom up! From the inside out! What you Idealize, Visualize, and Materialize from within, it will Materialize on the outside. BOOM!!
Haanel 22. Create ideals only. Give no thought to external conditions. Make the world within beautiful and opulent and the world without will express and Manifest the condition which you have within. You will come into a realization of your POWER to create Ideals and these Ideals will be projected into the world of effect.
Haanel 24. What, then, is the correct principle? Concentrate on the things you want, not on the things you do not want. Think of abundance; Idealize the methods and plans for putting the Law of Abundance into operation. Visualize the condition which the Law of Abundance creates; this will result in Manifestation.
Change your world! Make it a beautiful place! It is never too late! I am starting today! I have a trigger mechanism, ‘Baroque music.’ When I start feeling negative and things enter my mind, SNAP! Baroque Music it is!! 🙂
In closing I ask you to read Haanel – Part Seven Study Questions with Answers. It will help this blog tie all together for you.

Baroque music is a great idea to use as a trigger for uplifting thoughts! 🙂 Self-forgiveness or “learning to love that person you see in the mirror” as Matthew puts it in the Forgiveness video, isn’t always easy. Thank you for sharing your experiences and insights from your week, and for the video link—what an incredible story/song of how a woman forgave the “impossible”. Wow!

Great blog Michelle!
Like pieces of a puzzle, once all is aligned everything comes together.
I can’t say I have given Baroque music a lot of thought although when I did my first recording the song I choose was Greensleaves.

I love this, to sing when a negative thought comes. What a way to substitute positive for negative.
